We have entered the year 2016, the 79th Anniversary of Puppeteers of America!
As I page through A Timeline of Puppetry in America, I am in awe with the history this organization has created, and I have to ask the question, how and why has PofA thrived and survived all of these 79 years?
The answer is You! Talented artisans, storytellers, teachers, and supporters; the list goes on. We, you and I, need to make sure that PofA stays around for years to come.
If you haven’t renewed your membership, please do it now! PofA relies on membership renewals, new members, and supporters like you!
PofA also relies on tax-deductible donations. There are a number of areas to choose where your dollars support through the year.
Time is ticking when the next Puppetry Journal is mailed! Renew, become a member, and make a generous donation today.

Artistic growth comes from communicating with others, and puppetry festivals are the ideal atmosphere for personal growth.
